 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

The Everfresh Yoga 200-Hour Teacher Training is designed for all. There is no experience required. We foster an environment of radical inclusivity and create a safe space to explore and deepen your practice mentally, physically, and spiritually.

This training is led by Tyler Kaufman and three guest instructors who help in this transformative process. All graduates will leave the training equipped with a deep knowledge of Yoga and how to be a stellar Yoga instructor.
